On December 31 2025, we called Fay Wong Wong .We placed an order at 6:15 p.m. I told the employee that I would come pick it up, but he said they were only doing deliveries-no pickups. He told us it would take between one hour and one and a half hours. I said no problem. By 8:30 p.m., we called again and were told that the driver was coming back and would pick up our order. At 9:00 p.m., my husband called once more and was suddenly told that we could come pick it up ourselves. We were shocked, especially since we live only one block away. When my husband arrived at the restaurant, the staff were extremely rude. One of the employees even said,'If you don't want it, just leave it.' At that point, it was after 9:00 p.m. and we were hungry. They joked about the situation and admitted they were never going to deliver the order. The food must have been sitting for a long time because everything was cold. This was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We have been ordering from this restaurant for about nine years, but this was the last time. They clearly need to learn about customer service.

J'y suis allé deux fois et c'est excellent Le café est très bon et les déjeuner le sont aussi. Je recommande !

place was freezing, service was slow and workers seemed super unhappy to be there as well, the food was mediocre. I will not be a return customer, nor the 4 other people I was with. we all shared the same feeling regarding this experience.

Rien de comparable à ce restaurant et encore moins les grandes chaines de rôtisserie. J'habite le centre-ville de Montréal et j'y vais régulièrement car cela vaut le détour. Le meilleur poulet au Québec assurément et les frites, et la sauce. Tout est impeccable. J'ai déjà hâte de retrouver cet endroit atypique et unique cet hiver après les rénovations suite à un incendie. L'essayer c'est l'adopter et y retourner souvent.

Je suis surprise à chaque fois comme le service est efficace et que les prix sont raisonnables pour ce que l'on a dans notre assiette.

Food was good but seriously overpriced an appetizer was 20$ and we had a small bowl of merguez. Meal was very liquid not much flavor and it would've make the experience much better if the waitress was nicer. She was a little rude and seems in a rush of serving us and answering to our questions. We told her the tea was too bitter and she said that's just good quality tea. That's it. It's good but not worth the price.

Les croissants ont déjà été excellent, ce n'est plus le cas, ils ont commencé par être plus petit mais au moins c'était encore bon. Les derniers achetés auraient tout aussi bien pu provenir de l'épicerie. Ça ne goûte plus le beurre, la texture est décevante. On va devoir chercher ailleurs pour des bons croissants. Vraiment désappointé !!

Went there for NYE last night. Preset menu Mumbai Nights. Although service and food was good, some portions were small and the cocktails and drinks were pretty expensive. They encouraged patrons to stay to ring in the new year but no bubbly was offered, no dancing or any other incentive to stay till midnight unfortunately. A little disappointing having left with a bill of $400 for 2.
